  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

We work with reliable logistics partners such as Austrian Post (Österreichische Post), DHL, and DPD.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination, package weight, and shipping method selected.

  • Austria: from €4.90

  • EU countries: from €9.90

  • Free shipping on orders over €75 (Austria) or €120 (EU)

Once your package is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment in real time.
